Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Delivery available to the UK mainland only. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail, 2nd Class Delivery.

International Shipping

We can ship to other locations across the world, please get in touch to request a quote.

30 Day Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind

We believe in our products and want you to have the best possible online shopping experience, so we also offer a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee (excluding the shipping fee) if you’re not happy with our products. We will process your refund after we receive the returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Please see the “How to return Products” section for return instructions. For any products that are not damaged, you will need to pay the cost of the return, and we encourage you to use a trackable service as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of when you received the items. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. 

Missing Items

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

Please contact us via email or via message form found in the ‘‘ Contact’’ section so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

How to Return Products

If you need to return products in accordance with this Policy, please contact us to find out how to send damaged products (damaged in transit) so we can arrange a replacement product to be sent.

Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund you for the returned product.

If the price of the new product you need is the same price as the product you are returning and you don’t want to wait for the refund , please specify on our return and refund form that you only need an exchange and we will take it from there. Alternatively, if the prices differ than we will have to issue a refund then you can place an order for another item in our store.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
